Together We Can

We Create Jobs for Young Women.

WHO WE ARE

We are a charity. As said, we are a non-profit organization. We are a peacemaker and helper. We help people around the world not only on natural disaster but in disease breakout and war.

Girl Thrive Initiative (GTI) is a youth-led, grassroots community-based organization working with adolescent girls and young women in Kiambu County, Kenya.

We exist to expand opportunities for young women facing economic hardship, gender-based violence, early pregnancy, school dropout, and social exclusion. Through integrated programs in livelihoods, climate resilience, and mental health support, we support young women to rebuild their confidence, develop skills, and create sustainable pathways to economic independence.

At the heart of our work is a simple belief: young women should not remain beneficiaries of change — they should become leaders shaping their own futures and communities.

Our programs combine healing, entrepreneurship, and climate-conscious livelihoods so that young women can transition from vulnerability to dignity, stability, and leadership.

Help the Childrens

Support the children of Africa just by giving a little and be the savior for them.
